Spring Valley Academy is pleased to announce that Kate Baldwin is a recipient of the Outstanding Educator Award in the Columbia Union!  This award is given to Adventist educators throughout the Columbia Union which includes seven states:  Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia.  Teachers are acknowledged for their outstanding commitment, dedication and continued growth in their profession.  Kate received a check for $1,500 and a plaque to commemorate this prestigious recognition which was presented at the high school commencement on May 30, 2010, in the school gymnasium.

Kate and her husband,Winston, live in Centerville where Winston is the senior pastor of the Centerville SDA Church.  Spring Valley Academy is very proud of Kate and fortunate to have her on our team of Christian educators who strive for excellence in leading our students to Know  Follow  and  Share  Jesus.
