PRESCHOOL PROGRAM
Precious Preschoolers

ATTENTION ALL PARENTS & PRESCHOOLERS:  Our new Preschool Program has been found in compliance with the Ohio Department of Education preschool and/or  SACC rules and is now in operation for those children ages 3-5 (must be potty-trained).    For a limited time only, the $300 enrollment deposit will be waived for all new students (whole or half day) which is a great start-up promotion deal!  Plus, we will offer all new applicants a free trial week enrollment so your child can get acquainted, visit the classroom, see our new playground and meet our teachers.

The SVA Preschool Program is established as a not-for-profit Early Childhood Education Program owned by the Ohio Conference of SDA operated by Spring Valley Academy on their campus providing a developmentally appropriate, safe, stimulating educational environment and opportunities for children. The initial primary goal will be to expand the already existing Kinder Care Program to provide care and education to meet the needs of SVA families, constituent families and neighboring families. The Center is licensed by the State of Ohio and in compliance with the Columbia Union School-based Pre-K Program Guidelines.

The Center is open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 7:00 am to 5:00 pm on Friday. It accommodates full-time, half-day (7:00am/12:30pm/6:00pm), and drop-in students.  The Center's closure for Holidays, vacations and teacher in-service will follow their own year-round calendar (see  "Preschool Program" under) ACADEMICS at the above top toolbar) and does not necessarily follow the SVA school calendar, i.e., Preschool will be in session on snow day(s) unless they are under a Level 3 emergency. Some of the benefits of the SVA campus to enrich the overall programs include: vegetarian lunch program, computers, library, gym, mulitpurpose room, extending playground and surrounding grounds, music, art, foreign language, after school care, and others. These resources and services afford our Preschool to stand out from the competition while maintaining the intimacy of a small school.

For more information, or to arrange a tour of our facility, please call the school at (937) 433-0790 and ask for Vicki Swetnam.  [You may also  click on "Academics," "Parents," and/or "Student Life" on the home page to see the Tuition Rate Schedule and more information.]
