Spring Valley Academy’s cafeteria offers breakfast, lunch and after school snack. All food is vegetarian and incorporates many meat-substitute products (such as Worthington Foods, Morningstar Farms, etc).
• Breakfast is available from 7:30 – 7:45am. The breakfast is a continental style. Some of the offerings are bagels with cream cheese, cold cereal, breakfast bars, fresh fruit, yogurt, and various juices and milks.
• Lunch is available from 11am – 1pm. The lunch menu includes a daily complete fixed meal as well as various other items available daily. Some of these items are PBJ sandwiches, hummus and chips, entrée salads, fresh fruit or vegetables, yogurt, string cheese and various drinks.
• After school snack is available from 3:25 – 3:40p. The after school snacks are now more nutritious paying closer attention to limit the number of calories, fat grams, and sugar per serving.

A cafeteria account will need to be opened for each child or family purchasing food in the cafeteria. Please download the form from this site and return it to the Business Office.
Every Friday, the cafeteria cashier will email parents notifying that their child’s cafeteria account balance is $20 or less. When this occurs, it is time to replenish the cafeteria account to avoid suspension of charging privileges. Students need to pay cash if the cafeteria account is zero.
